About Peta-Gai, your Makeup Artist Educator & Founder of Iridis Cosmetics

Peta-Gai, Iridis Founder & CEO and Principal Hair & Makeup Arist is also known as the Makeup Fairy Godmother because of the considerable magic she can weave with the wave of her magic makeup brushes!

Peta-Gai is passionate and extremely knowledgable Hair & Makeup Artist, with over 30 years experience in the beauty industry. A former financial services lawyer, she left her highly successful career to persue her first love – makeup! Her makeup brand, Iridis, now boasts a National team of Artists, has taught thosuands of women how to apply their makeup, she is the Founder of two makeup-related eCourses, and has performed makeovers on thousands of faces since 1994 when she picked up her first makeup brush professionally.  

Peta-Gai has worked her magic on many a famous face, including Sophie Monk, regular client, Christine Anu and Eddie Perfect, and was a Hair & Makeup Artist for many TV Shows (the Bachelorette and Australia’s Got Talent among others) and was the Lead Hair & Makeup Artist at the recent Mushroom 5oth massive concert celebrating the life of Michael Gudinski.
