1) Under a running water tap, use a pressing/squeezing motion in your hand to fill the BFF with water. Squeeze, release, fill up, squeeze, release, fill up.

2) When the sponge has doubled in size, gently squeeze out the excess water, leaving it to be quite damp, but not dripping.

3) Use a stippling, pressing and rolling motion to apply your favourite Iridis Foundation, smoothing out edges and creating a perfect, flawless finish.

4) You can use this to apply foundation, concealer, blend out contouring and highlighting, and even to apply powder!

5) Let your BFF dry between uses.

6) You should always ensure your BFF is squeaky clean so you keep the bacteria at bay. Use a hard laundry soap to break down the foundation, and gently squeeze it repeatedly under running water to remove all the product. Squeeze it out and let it dry overnight.
