A liquid liner and applicator pen all in one. This fantastic liquid liner glides on smoothly for a precision application, and has a felt-tip pen which you can apply with the point for a very fine line, or the edge for a stronger line. Use this to create the perfect ‘winged eyeliner’ or ‘cat eye’ look, as it is so easy to use. It is a smudge-proof and tear-proof formulation, and is perfect to use with false lashes, to cover up dried glue and filling in areas around the lash line. One of our favourites in the Iridis line.
