“Making your debut” – what an amazing rite of passage for a young woman. Debutante hair and makeup can be anything from ‘full glam’ to ‘totally natural’ and everything in between. For us, it’s all about matching the makeup and hair to the dress, and importantly, to the personality of the debutante. We love to make sure that the hair and makeup styling suits the debutante perfectly.

Wearing a white debutante dress, the hair and makeup has to look ‘just right’ for the debut – not overdone, not trashy, just elegant and gorgeous.

The Iridis way is to consult with the debutante before we start the hair and makeup to completely understand the look they are going for, including about how they want to feel in that white gown, the look they desire, what will suit their complexion, eye colour, and hair colour. We want them to feel like their true self, looking gorgeous, and feeling fabulous and glam.

Due to the products we use, and the setting sprays and finishing magic we employ, your makeup will last you all day and all night, 16 hours guaranteed. Your lippy or gloss will require touch ups throughout that time, and we recommend you purchase your lip products to keep your fabulousness going all day and night long.

Usually the Hair & Makeup Glammification is done at Iridis HQ Makeup Studio in Yarraville, and mobile services are available at an additional rate.

In-studio price for Hair & Makeup for Debutantes is $250, or $280 including a full size lipstick or gloss (saving you $58!).
